Drake Tower Luxury Highrise Condo Remodel

Altierra is a preferred vendor for several of Chicago's prestigious residential buildings and their unit owners, including Drake Tower. Altierra's experience with the intricacies of historic buildings came in handy on this complete renovation of a 2,400 square foot condo in the almost 100-year-old Drake Tower luxury highrise. The work included relocating some of the walls of this solid masonry structure, replacing wood floors that had been laid over cinder, replicating historic trim and custom molding and matching the detailing of carved marble light fixtures.
