Garden Grove New Townhome Development

A distinctive feature of this three-story, 12-townhome development is the creation of a steel structure deck built off each unit’s kitchen and extending over the driveway. Accommodating the developer's wish to not relegate homeowners to standard rooftop decks, Altierra worked with the developer to create these unique outdoor spaces. This $5 million project encompasses 29,000 square feet and features a transitional design.
