North Edge Townhomes is a mixture of single level and two-level homes. The design is contemporary with a mixed material exterior finish of brick, cement and metal finishes. The interiors boast unique finishes for each unit, creating a contemporary-retro look including steel staircases, polished concrete floors, streamline cabinets, and live edge wood shelving along with vintage look fixtures and appliances. Implementing panelized construction with other time saving construction methods, Altierra was able to complete the construction on time in under eleven months with all residents moved in within a year from start of construction.
