A complete facade and interior re-build -replacing old siding with brick-and-stone- was a key element of the work on this 4,000-square-foot corner lot. To bear the weight of the new facade load, Altierra also created a new structure to the building foundation. Extensive interior and exterior renovation to this former real estate office was recognized with a Main Street Business award.
